Snickers

Upon arrival, Snickers was  excited to be around other horses.  She had been alone for quite some time at her previous location.  Now, she finally has buddies! But, she does get a smidge buddy sour when she is taken from the field for her training sessions. She is learning that humans can also be her buddies and beginning to seek us out as a source of comfort.  

Snickers has learned to move off of pressure, look for a release, and is gaining some much needed confidence in herself and her trainers.  

Snickers has not yet been started under saddle and did not seem to know any groundwork when she arrived.  She will need to go home to an experienced trainer to continue her education on how to be a good citizen, understand boundaries, and work through her codependency.  

Snickers is only available as a companion.
