Prince Igor

2017 15.3HH Gray Thoroughbred Gelding

Prince Igor, affectionately nicknamed “Iggy,” is a stunning off-the-track Thoroughbred (OTTB) with a friendly and playful personality that will instantly win you over. This handsome young gelding is the first to greet you at the gate and loves being in your pocket, always seeking attention and affection.

Upon arrival, radiographs showed roughening on his front leg sesamoids, and he has not been consistently sound. Because of this, Iggy is best suited as a companion horse. Despite his limitations, he brings so much joy to his pasture buddies and thrives in a social setting. He was gelded later in life and does best turned out with other geldings.

Iggy is barefoot, an easy keeper, and knows basic groundwork. He has a “chill” demeanor and enjoys playing with his friends in the field, making him a fun and low-maintenance companion. This sweet boy is patiently waiting for a forever family who will appreciate his loving nature and charming personality.
